Rachel S.

Rachel is a career educator with six years experience as a teacher of English. She has taught, traveled, and lived in Moscow, Russia as well as Shanghai, China, where she enjoyed teaching English just as much as learning about new cultures and meeting new people. Rachel graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and from the University of Pittsburgh with a Master’s degree in International Development. Her teaching focus is centered on business English, TOEFL preparation, and communication skills. She uses her knowledge of Russian, Spanish, and Chinese to better connect with students and learn about new cultures. Some of Rachel’s favorite hobbies include playing tennis, going to concerts, planning new trips—hopefully next to Greece!

Erma W.

Erma is a career educator with over 35 years of teaching experience. She received her Bachelor’s degree in education from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and her Master’s degree in education from Worcester State University in Massachusetts, USA. In addition, she has a professional teaching focus on the subjects of reading and language arts. Erma has been the recipient of many teaching awards and enjoys seeing students grow with respect to learning. In her free time, Erma enjoys traveling, antiques, cinema, and exercising.


Nick L.

Nick is a professional educator, having had 6 years of teaching experience from the time of his graduation from the University of Massachusetts. His professional interests range from teaching English to theater, music, and drama. And when teaching English, Nick’s favorite subjects are presentation skills, and communication. He enjoys the challenge that comes with teaching English to different age groups. Nick enjoys traveling, acting, playing tennis, and meeting new people.

Richard L.



Richard Lambert has been in the English teaching field for 12 years. He graduated from Harvard University with a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on linguistics and cognition. Before Harvard, Richard earned his Bachelor’s degree in Education, History, and German language from Providence College. Besides working in Boston, USA, Richard has lived and worked in Moscow, Russia and Podgorica, Montenegro and has been a frequent traveler to China, and other parts of Europe for business. Richard’s main teaching foci are business English, presentation skills, accent reduction, and speaking. He is especially interested in brain learning processes and is engaged with the research communities at Harvard University and M.I.T. to influence the Lambert Linguistics curricula with the latest research on language acquisition.>
